Home & School Association
The Home & School Association is a partnership of parents, guardians, staff, and friends of the College, united in supporting Christian education and the wellbeing of every child in our community. Together, we strengthen the connection between home and school through service, encouragement, and active community involvement.
What We Do
Home & School supports the College by:
- Coordinating volunteers for school events
- Running fundraising initiatives that benefit students
- Supporting school programs and activities
- Assisting with community events and hospitality
- Encouraging parent and carer involvement
All funds raised are directed back into initiatives that support students and enhance College life.
Meetings
Home & School meetings are open to all parents and carers.
Meetings provide an opportunity to:
- Plan upcoming events
- Discuss fundraising activities
- Coordinate volunteers
- Share ideas and feedback
- Strengthen community connection

Policies & Procedures
To ensure a safe, respectful, and well-organised environment, all volunteers are expected to follow College guidelines.
This includes:
- Signing in at the College office when on site
- Following all child safety and visitor procedures
- Maintaining respectful and appropriate conduct
- Respecting confidentiality within the College community
- Following directions from staff and event coordinators
Volunteer roles require a valid NSW Working With Children Check
All fundraising activities must be approved by the College and align with College policies and financial procedures.
